I. Recurring Net Income of R$ 14.0 billion in 2024, up 31,9% over 2023;

II. Revenues from Services reached R$ 27.8 billion in 2024, up 7.8% in 12 months;

III. Total Loan Portfolio reached a balance of R$ 1.236 trillion in Dec24, up 10.4% over Dec23;

IV. Delinquency Rate of 1.97% in Dec24, down 0.18 p.p. over Dec23;

V. Balance of R$ 832.1 billion in the mortgage loan portfolio in Dec24, up 13.5% over Dec23;

VI. CAIXA is the leader in the Mortgage Loan segment, reaching a market share of 67.2% in Dec24;

VII. R$ 223.6 billion in new mortgage loans in 2024, up 20.6% over 2023, marking a record number of new contracts;

VIII. Balance of R$ 853.7 billion of Sustainable finance portfolio in Dec24, up 10.1% in 12 months;

IX. R$ 614.9 billion in total loan origination in 2024, up 12.7% over 2023;  

X. Balance of R$ 107.3 billion in Infrastructure and Sanitation loans in Dec24, up 9.0% over Dec23;

XI. Balance of R$ 101.5 billion in Payroll-deductible loans in Dec24, representing 75.8% of the total loan portfolio for individuals; 

XII. Balance of R$ 62.6 billion in Agribusiness loans in Dec24, up 11.4% over Dec23;

XIII. Balance of R$ 100.4 billion in commercial loans for Corporates in Dec24, up 3.2% over Dec23;

XIV. Balance of R$ 1.696 trillion in total funding in Dec24, up 14.2% over Dec23;

XV. Balance of R$ 385.4 billion in savings deposits in Dec24, up 7.5% over Dec23, reaching a 37.3% market share;

XVI. Balance of R$ 221.6 billion in bonds in Dec24, up 34.0% over Dec23;; 

XVII. Basel Ratio of 16.6% and Tier I Capital of 14.6% in Dec24, which are 5.1 p.p. higher, in both indicators, than the regulatory minimum.
