AUSTIN, Texas, June 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Quiddity Engineering is excited to announce that Reese Williams, PE, has joined the firm as a Vice President in our transportation practice.
As Vice President, Transportation, Reese will work out of the company’s Austin office and will develop and expand Quiddity’s transportation practice in Texas, focusing on large-scale heavy highway projects, with an emphasis on serving the Texas Department of Transportation and other major transportation agencies (metro/developing urban counties, RMAs, and toll road authorities) throughout the state.

In his two-decade-long career, Reese has served in many capacities, including Project Director, Transportation Design Practice Lead, and Senior Project Manager. His specialty service areas include the delivery of planning, schematic, PS&E for highway and bridge replacement projects across Texas. He has a broad technical background in all elements of transportation design and has been responsible for project management, engineering design, plan and specification production, and estimating on a variety of civil and transportation engineering projects.
Reese has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a past president of the Travis Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
