- Understanding Corporate Taxation: Accounting Methods, Deduction Timing, and Losses (CTM2): Premieres Aug. 3, 1-3 p.m. ET. - Understanding Corporate Taxation: Formation and Shareholder Compensation (CTF2): Premieres Aug. 26, 10 a.m.-noon ET. Walks through tax-free incorporation, basis calculations when debt is involved and the tradeoffs between different shareholder compensation structures.
- Understanding Corporate Taxation: Tax Credits, Disposing of Shares, and Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax (CTT2): Premieres Sept. 3, 10 a.m.-noon ET. Covers major corporate tax credits, stock redemption rules under Section 302 and planning considerations for the corporate alternative minimum tax.
